These Terms of Use govern your use of Goal Hunt (the “App”), developed by Halil Cengel. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. Description of Service

Goal Hunt is a trivia game in which players guess a footballer from a series of clues, with both single-player and head-to-head modes.

2. Accounts

• You can use the App without creating an account (“guest” mode), by signing up with email/password, or by signing in with your Apple/Google account.
• You are responsible for keeping your account information confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree not to provide false or misleading information.

3. Usage Rules

While using the App, you agree not to:

• Manipulate game mechanics or leaderboards using cheats, bots, automation, or similar tools,
• Reverse engineer or misuse the App in a way that could harm our servers or other users,
• Harass another user or share unlawful content.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we detect behavior that violates these rules.

4. In-App Items

In-app items such as rank, experience points (XP), and coins only reflect in-game progress; they have no real-world monetary value and cannot be purchased, sold, or exchanged for cash.

5. Intellectual Property

All design, branding, text, and software within the App belong to Halil Cengel and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. They may not be reproduced or distributed except for personal, non-commercial use.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time, see Delete Account. We may terminate your account without notice if these terms are violated.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
